Shipping policy

We offer UK-wide delivery as well as a convenient Click & Collect option.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery: If you select shipping at checkout, your parcel will be booked with the most suitable courier (around 95% of orders are sent with Royal Mail). A tracking number will be sent to you by email or SMS, depending on the details provided at checkout.

• Click & Collect: Collections are available twice a week:

  • Thursdays, 6–7pm

  • Saturdays, 6–7pm
